Eric Asquith concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation, including breach of contract disputes involving substantial monetary claims, employment discrimination cases, and real estate litigation.  Mr. Asquith also represents clients in personal injury matters, including cases involving medical negligence, automotive accidents, construction accidents, and food poisoning.  Mr. Asquith brings deep industry experience to his real estate litigation work, such as having run a real estate brokerage, invested in rental properties, and represented buyers and sellers as a conveyancing attorney on residential and commercial transactions.  He works with his clients closely from the very onset of the case to obtain the best possible result.

Mr. Asquith’s representative accomplishments include:

  • Obtaining a $1.5 million wrongful death settlement in a case involving a contractor who was killed while installing pollution control equipment
  • Obtaining a $500,000 wrongful death settlement in a case involving an elderly woman who died from a fall in a transportation van
  • Obtaining a favorable settlement for a city employee in a case involving gender and race discrimination

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Asquith worked extensively on all facets of litigation involving product liability, toxic torts, premises liability, employment discrimination, and professional liability.
