Eric Asquith concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation, including breach of contract disputes involving substantial monetary claims, and employment discrimination cases.  Mr. Asquith also represents clients in personal injury matters, including cases involving medical negligence, automotive accidents, construction accidents, and food poisoning.  He works with his clients from the very onset of the case to obtain the best possible result.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Asquith was a litigation associate at the Boston office of Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker, a nationwide litigation firm.  There, he obtained considerable experience in all facets of litigation in the areas of product liability, toxic torts, premises liability, employment discrimination, and professional liability.  Additionally, at another Boston firm Mr. Asquith handled real estate related transactional work, representing both buyers and sellers of residential and commercial real estate.
