Jason M. Brown concentrates his practice on complex commercial disputes. Mr. Brown represents clients in all phases of litigation and arbitration, including drafting pleadings, managing pre-trial discovery, handling motions, and arguing at trial.
Prior to joining the firm, he was an associate in the New York office of a large international law firm where he represented and counseled clients in business disputes and government investigations before state and federal courts, as well as arbitration tribunals.
While in law school, Mr. Brown was a judicial intern with U.S. District Court Judge Indira Talwani (District of Massachusetts) and with U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims Judge William S. Greenberg. He also served as Editor-in-Chief of Boston University School of Law’s Public Interest Law Journal.
