Victoria L. Steinberg concentrates her practice on representing employers and employees in a variety of employment matters, including workplace investigations, severance and separation negotiations, noncompete and nonsolicitation agreements, and discrimination, harassment and retaliation issues. She counsels employers on developing and implementing employment policies and practices. Ms. Steinberg represents clients in complex business disputes involving commercial contracts, real estate, and finance.
Her practice encompasses a variety of industries, including technology, healthcare, telecommunications, educational institutions, and nonprofit organizations. Companies, institutions, executives, employees, and licensed professionals regularly seek her guidance. Ms. Steinberg handles civil and criminal matters in state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agences such as the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. She has completed Title IX investigator training.
In government investigations and white collar criminal defense matters, Ms. Steinberg represents businesses and individuals related to allegations of healthcare fraud and off-label marketing of drugs and devices.
