Todd & Weld welcomes new associate Keval Kapadia
Keval D. Kapadia has joined Todd & Weld LLP as an associate and will concentrate his practice on complex commercial disputes.
Mr. Kapadia represents and counsels clients in all phases of civil litigation and arbitration, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, handling motions, and developing litigation strategy.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kapadia was a civil litigation attorney in the Boston office of a large international law firm where he focused on business disputes and franchise law. During law school he was a judicial intern for U.S. District Court Judge Patti B. Saris
Mr. Kapadia obtained his law degree from Northeastern University School of Law, and his undergraduate degree from University of Massachusetts Amherst. He is fluent in Gujarati and proficient in Spanish and Hindi.
