Overview

Keval D. Kapadia concentrates his practice on complex commercial disputes. He represents and counsels clients in all phases of civil litigation and arbitration, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, handling motions, and developing litigation strategy.

Prior to joining Todd & Weld, Mr. Kapadia was a civil litigator in the Boston office of a large international law firm where he focused on business disputes and franchise law.  While in law school he was a judicial intern for U.S. District Court Judge Patti B. Saris.
