Todd & Weld’s Gary Todd Moderates Greater Newburyport Bar Association's Annual Family Law Symposium
Gary Todd recently served as moderator of the Greater Newburyport Bar Association’s Annual John C. Stevens Family Law Symposium, “Benched,” held May 6, 2026 at the Firehouse Center for the Arts in Newburyport, Massachusetts.
The annual symposium brought together Probate and Family Court judges and leading family law practitioners for a substantive discussion of current issues affecting family law practice, including high-conflict litigation, financial and support trends, guardianships, trial advocacy, contempt proceedings, and alternative dispute resolution. The program featured participation from Chief Justice Brian J. Dunn and several members of the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court judiciary.
Mr. Todd moderated the program’s panel discussions and facilitated conversations addressing developments and best practices in family law litigation and dispute resolution.
