Maria T. Davis presented at a seminar offering insights and tips on how to navigate the anti-SLAPP law in Massachusetts.
The program, hosted by the Boston Bar Association, covered the many nuances of anti-SLAPP litigation in the state, including a recent decision of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court that alters how courts are to analyze the law.
Ms. Davis concentrates her practice on representing plaintiffs and defendants in business litigation and arbitration, as well as plaintiffs in personal injury matters. She regularly appears on behalf of clients in court, including making appellate arguments and arguing substantive motions.
