Maria T. Davis

Maria T. Davis, a partner at the firm, concentrates her civil litigation practice on a wide array of disputes, including business matters, employment law, and personal injury.  Ms. Davis is co-head of the firm’s personal injury practice.

Clients immersed in disputes involving complex construction projects regularly rely on her counsel.  Ms. Davis played a substantial role in persuading the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court to rule in favor of a developer client on the question of when the six-year Statute of Repose begins to run in the context of a multi-building condominium project.

Ms. Davis represents the victims of traumatic injuries, including medical malpractice matters.  Among numerous successful personal injury litigation results for clients, she obtained a $4 million jury verdict in a medical malpractice lawsuit arising from the death of a mother shortly following the birth of her fourth child.
