Founding Partner Gary O. Todd Presents at Social Law Library Family Law Program

The program, designed for novice family law attorneys, provided practical guidance on how to become a confident and effective advocate for clients in family court. Attendees learned from seasoned family law practitioners about the decision to enter family law practice, navigating the divorce process, drafting and arguing temporary orders, preparing for pre-trials, and managing trial and post-trial considerations. Gary shared his insights on developing persuasive arguments and mastering courtroom advocacy, drawing on decades of experience representing clients in complex family law matters, including divorce, custody, and post-judgment litigation.

The Social Law Library, one of the oldest and most respected legal research institutions in the United States, regularly hosts educational programs for members of the Massachusetts bar to promote professional growth and excellence in legal practice.
