As part of a conference for solo and small law firms, Gary O. Todd presented on discovery issues arising in family law cases.
Mr. Todd, a partner at the firm, was part of a panel of experts that also included Massachusetts Probate and Family Court Judges Theresa Bisenius and Abbe Ross. The panel discussion – entitled "Tips, Tools and Tricks for Discovery in Family Law" – covered practical concerns of family law attorneys in gathering information and evidence in divorce cases.

The July 2018 conference, held at the Blue Ocean Event Center in Salisbury, Mass., provided strategic solutions for sole practitioners and small law firms in various substantive areas of law, as well as for running a law practice.
