Firm attorneys contribute to civil litigation practice manual

Nick Carter, Maria Davis, and Gregory Browne have authored a chapter in the Superior Court Civil Practice Manual (6th ed.) recently published by Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education.

The chapter addresses a range of issues concerning civil litigation discovery motions, including motions to compel, motions for protective orders, and electronic discovery.

Described as the “cornerstone of MCLE's civil litigation collection,” the Civil Practice Manual is routinely cited by judges and referenced by lawyers for practical guidance through the various stages of a Superior Court case, from pre-trial to post-trial procedures.
