Commercial Litigation Associate
Todd & Weld LLP seeks an associate with approximately 4-5 years of experience in complex commercial litigation. Candidates must have excellent writing, research, and interpersonal skills; outstanding academic credentials; and experience practicing in Massachusetts state and federal courts. Candidates should desire to develop an active trial practice and be eager to take responsibility for a varied caseload with significant client contact. Must be admitted to practice in Massachusetts.

Director of Associate Development and Recruitment
Todd & Weld LLP seeks a Director of Associate Development and Recruitment (DADR) to serve as a bridge between the firm’s associates and the other firm constituencies. The DADR has primary responsibility for hiring and onboarding associates, allocating work within the commercial and criminal litigation groups, developing internal educational programs for attorneys, promoting and approving attendance at outside CLEs, and executing the firm's strategy for enhancing diversity. The DADR works closely with other firm managers on administrative projects related to attorney practice, and reports directly to the firm's Executive Director and the chairs of the firm's Workload Committee, Hiring Committee, Associates Committee, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee, and Practice and Technology Committee.
Candidates must have a minimum of three to five years’ experience practicing law, preferably in litigation, with preferred additional experience in attorney professional development, training, recruiting or related experience. Candidates must have excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as demonstrated good judgment, decision-making, discretion, and follow-through capabilities. Candidates must have superior organizational skills to manage time well, prioritize effectively, and handle multiple deadlines. Other requirements include: the ability to adapt to constantly changing priorities; strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work professionally with all levels of law firm personnel, external vendors, and others in the legal community; strong computer skills including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and working knowledge of litigation technology.
