Saraa Basaria obtains eviction judgment against commercial tenant

Following a three-day trial, Saraa Basaria obtained a judgment against a commercial tenant based on his breach of the lease with his landlord, a prominent religious center in Boston.

A Boston Municipal Court judge found "compelling evidence" that the landlord is entitled to terminate the lease based on the tenant's failure to cure his material breach of the lease, despite repeated requests from the landlord to do so.

Ms. Basaria and Howard M. Cooper represented the landlord on a pro bono basis.

Ms. Basaria's litigation practice includes handling commercial disputes, and she has successfully tried numerous cases in a variety matters.
