Todd & Weld Promotes Julianna Zane to Partnership
Todd & Weld is excited to announce that Julianna Zane has been promoted to Partner at the firm.

Over the years, Julianna has focused her practice on all aspects of domestic relations law, which spans divorce, high-level asset division, high-conflict custody matters, child support and alimony, paternity, modification, and contempt actions, consistently achieving high-quality results and helping to reinforce the firm’s reputation for strong advocacy and professionalism.
Julianna’s practice includes courtroom advocacy, litigation, and resolving cases outside of court through alternative dispute resolution programs such as conciliation and mediation.
In addition, she negotiates and drafts prenuptial agreements as well as defends against prenuptial agreement challenges and equity complaints involving both domestic relations proceedings and other non-domestic relations issues.
Ms. Zane regularly collaborates with experts on various issues, including psychological evaluations and business valuations. She regularly appears in the Middlesex, Norfolk, and Essex Probate and Family Courts.
She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association Family Law Section Council, Massachusetts Family and American Probate Inn of Court, Massachusetts Bar Association, and Norfolk Bar Association.
