Shayne Lotito to moderate panel discussion on recent U.S. Supreme Court rulings
Shayne N. Lotito is slated to moderate a panel discussion on the fallout from recent U.S. Supreme Court rulings on reproductive rights and affirmative action.
The presentation – entitled “Law and Democracy: Combatting the Impact of Recent SCOTUS Decisions on Our Eroding Rights” – is part of the Sixth Annual Young Lawyers Division Symposium hosted by the Massachusetts Bar Association.
The in-person Symposium will take place April 9, 1:00-5:00 p.m., at the MBA headquarters, 20 West Street, Boston.
Ms. Lotito concentrates her practice exclusively on family law matters, including divorce, prenuptial agreements, child custody, support, asset division, and related litigation. She presently serves as a Delegate on the MBA Young Lawyers Division Board of Directors.
