Richard Novitch to present at 27th Annual Family Law Conference
Richard M. Novitch will present at MCLE’s 27th Annual Family Law Conference slated for May 16.
The day-long conference – featuring judges, leading practitioners, and experts – will examine several issues, including sessions on ethics surrounding financial statements, guardian ad litem issues, and courtroom civility.
Mr. Novitch will present as part of the panel discussion on civility in and outside of the courtroom.
The conference will also feature a fireside chat with Chief Justice John D. Casey on the state of the Probate and Family Court.
