Richard Novitch a panelist at Fall Conference of MAGAL
Richard Novitch will be presenting at the Fall Conference of the Massachusetts Association of Guardians ad Litem as part of a panel discussion on privilege and confidentiality in family law disputes.
Mr. Novitch, a former hearing officer of the Board of Bar Overseers, will address privilege waiver investigations and ethical pitfalls family law attorneys may encounter in the context of guardianships. He will be joined by a Family Court judge, a psychologist, and other family law practitioners.
The conference is slated for Sept. 24.
Mr. Novitch represents clients in all aspects of domestic relations law, including complex matrimonial matters and high net worth property division. A frequent speaker on family law issues, he has extensive experience handling complex cases and issues on appeal, including matters before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and Massachusetts Appeals Court.
