Gregory Browne Presents at MCLE Program on Civil Discovery Best Practices

Todd & Weld attorney Gregory Browne recently served as faculty for a Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) program focused on best practices in civil discovery across state and federal courts.

The program was designed for attorneys seeking either a foundational understanding of discovery in civil actions or advanced strategies to move beyond a rote, checklist-driven approach. Faculty presented a comprehensive discovery framework applicable to any civil case, while also addressing how to tailor discovery tools and strategies to specific matters and practice areas.

Greg participated in the program alongside a panel of experienced litigators from leading Boston firms. The session examined practical discovery techniques, strategic planning considerations, and common pitfalls encountered in both state and federal litigation.

Todd & Weld attorneys regularly contribute to MCLE programming and other professional education initiatives, reflecting the firm’s commitment to excellence in trial preparation, litigation strategy, and the advancement of the legal profession.
