Firm attorneys to present on handling cases in Massachusetts criminal courts
Madison Bader and Hannah Black are slated to present as part of a panel discussion on handling cases in Massachusetts criminal courts, including practice tips on arraignment, bail, and pretrial motions.
Attendees at the in-person April 11 program (4-6 p.m.) will learn about the fast-paced activities of judges, prosecutors, and defense attorneys who handle criminal matters. Ms. Bader will be moderating the seminar hosted by the Boston Bar Association.
Ms. Bader is a member of the Steering Committee of the BBA’s Criminal Law Section, and she and Ms. Black are both former prosecutors in the Middlesex District Attorney's Office.
