Eric Asquith, Benjamin Wish to present at BBA as part of Litigation Fundamentals Series
Eric Asquith and Benjamin J. Wish are slated to present a seminar on taking and defending depositions as part of the Boston Bar Association's Litigation Fundamentals Series.
The May 10 program will address key components of depositions, including strategies for eliciting information from difficult deponents and handling emotionally difficult topics. The panelists will also cover the use of objections and introduction of exhibits, among other topics.
Mr. Asquith concentrates his practice on representing clients in a variety of personal injury and product liability matters, including cases involving medical negligence, automotive accidents, construction accidents, and food poisoning.
Mr. Wish concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation, shareholder and real estate disputes, and the criminal defense of healthcare professionals.
