David Rich to present on motion practice in Business Litigation Session
As part of a panel with judges and leading trial lawyers, David H. Rich will present on motion practice in the Business Litigation Session of the Massachusetts Superior Court.
The program, slated for Sept. 24 at the Social Law Library in Boston, will cover best practices for writing and arguing motions for summary judgment, motions to dismiss, and motions in limine, among others.
The panel discussion will also reveal judicial preferences and pet peeves in this specialized court, which concentrates on complex business cases.
Mr. Rich, a partner at Todd & Weld LLP, has a varied litigation practice, including handling complex business and commercial disputes on behalf of clients.
