Overview

Sydney M. Halloran concentrates her practice on all aspects of family law, including divorce, child custody and support matters, paternity actions, modifications, and contempt proceedings. Ms. Halloran guides clients through the legal process with a commitment to effective advocacy and constructive problem-solving, working to achieve favorable outcomes both in and outside the courtroom.

Before joining Todd & Weld, Ms. Halloran practiced family law at a private firm in Hingham, Massachusetts, where she began her career as a paralegal before becoming a licensed attorney. While in law school, she served as a judicial intern at the Plymouth Probate and Family Court and as a student attorney in the Suffolk Family Advocacy Clinic.

Sydney earned her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School after completing her B.A. in Economics at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
