Overview

Samuel Myers concentrates his practice on complex commercial disputes.  He represents clients in all phases of civil litigation and arbitration, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, handling motions, and developing litigation strategy.

Prior to joining Todd & Weld, Mr. Myers was a civil litigator in a prominent Boston law firm where he focused on civil litigation, municipal law, land use, and constitutional matters.  Immediately after law school, he clerked for Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court Chief Justice Kimberly S. Budd.
