Overview
Robert Kuehn is the Director of Information Technology at Todd & Weld LLP, where he leads the firm’s technology strategy, infrastructure, and day-to-day IT operations. With more than 20 years of experience in software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise systems, Robert brings a strategic, solutions-oriented approach to supporting the firm’s continued growth and operational excellence.
Prior to joining Todd & Weld, Robert served as Vice President of Technology at Citizens Disability, where he directed technology operations through a period of significant expansion, scaling systems and teams to support a tenfold increase in organizational size. He led the migration of enterprise infrastructure to cloud-based environments, architected high-throughput data systems, and implemented automation and workflow solutions that enhanced efficiency, reliability, and real-time analytics capabilities.
Earlier in his career, Robert held senior technical roles at Prospectiv, Bainbridge, and Eze Castle Communications, where he developed and managed complex infrastructure, built scalable software systems, and supported high-volume data and communications platforms.
Robert’s technical expertise spans cloud platforms including AWS and Google Cloud, DevOps and automation, cybersecurity and compliance frameworks, and enterprise tools such as Salesforce and Google Workspace. He is particularly skilled at aligning technology initiatives with business objectives, driving innovation while ensuring security, scalability, and performance.
Robert earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Boston College.
