Overview
Rebecca Shawver represents clients in a wide range of Probate and Family Court matters, including divorce, custody and support disputes, paternity actions, modifications, adoptions, and contempt proceedings. Ms. Shawver is a strong advocate in and out of the courtroom, focused on achieving favorable outcomes while guiding clients toward fair and amicable resolutions whenever possible.
Prior to joining Todd & Weld in 2025, Ms. Shawver worked as a family law attorney for a private family law firm in Boston, where she also served as a law clerk from January 2020 until her admission to the Massachusetts bar in November 2022. She earned both her J.D. and Bachelor’s degree from Suffolk University.
Ms. Shawver is a member of the Boston Bar Association and the Women’s Bar Association of Massachusetts.
She obtained both her Bachelor's and J.D. degrees from Suffolk University.
