Moriah represents clients in a wide range of domestic relations matters, including divorce, custody, parenting time, 209A restraining orders and related financial disputes. Attorney King has forged a reputation as a formidable force in the courtroom and a compassionate advocate for her clients. Moriah is passionate about finding creative ways to help clients protect their families and preserve their assets. She uses a straightforward and detail-oriented approach to keep clients informed and up-to-date every step of the way, giving them peace of mind that their best interests are prioritized while making the process as digestible as possible.
Prior to joining Todd & Weld, Moriah practiced family law at a private firm in Hingham and at a firm in Northern Massachusetts, where she handled family law matters across Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Moriah has been lead counsel in divorce and family law matters in Plymouth, Norfolk, Bristol, Middlesex, Essex, Hillsborough, and Barnstable County. She has experience managing cases from initial filing through resolution, including negotiation and litigation.
Moriah earned her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, where she received a Pro Bono Honors Certificate. During law school, she served as a student attorney with the Federal Tax Clinic at Harvard Law School and completed an internship with Primark, becoming the company’s first legal intern in the United States. She earned her B.A., cum laude, in Communication and Government and World Affairs from the University of Tampa.
Moriah is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
