Overview

Jack represents individuals and businesses in a broad range of disputes and brings substantial experience handling sophisticated, high-stakes litigation across multiple jurisdictions. Mr. Castor has extensive experience in all phases of litigation, including fact and expert discovery, motion practice, deposition preparation and defense, and risk analysis. He has prepared for and defended hundreds of depositions, conducted witness examinations in complex litigation matters, and drafted dispositive and strategic motions involving a range of procedural and substantive issues.

Prior to joining Todd & Weld LLP, Mr. Castor practiced in the Boston office of a multinational law firm, where he represented Fortune 500 industrial and pharmaceutical companies in nationwide toxic tort and products liability litigation. His work included managing active litigation in Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Maine, New York, Connecticut, and Illinois.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Castor represented survivors of childhood sexual abuse in complex civil litigation matters in Massachusetts and New York.

Mr. Castor is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Maine, Connecticut, as well as United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
