Elizabeth L. Gardon

Overview

Elizabeth L. Gardon concentrates her practice on complex civil litigation matters.  She represents clients in all phases of litigation, from drafting pleadings and managing pre-trial discovery, to arguing at trial and pre-trial motions.

Prior to joining Todd & Weld, Ms. Gardon served as a law clerk to a justice of the New York State Supreme Court in Rockland County, where she researched complex legal issues, drafted opinions, and assisted in leading settlement conferences.

During law school, Ms. Gardon was managing editor of the Northeastern University Law Review.
