Overview
Devon J. Friedfertig concentrates his practice on complex commercial disputes and employment law and litigation. He represents and counsels clients in all phases of civil litigation and arbitration, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, handling motions, working with experts, and developing litigation strategy.
Prior to joining Todd & Weld, Mr. Friedfertig was a litigation attorney for a Boston law firm where he focused on employment law, construction litigation, and professional malpractice matters. During law school, he was a Judicial Law Clerk for Administrative Law Judges of the U.S. Department of Labor, and was a legal intern in City of Boston's Office of Labor Relations.
