Overview

Aedan Dunn concentrates their practice on complex civil litigation. They have represented clients in state and federal trial and appellate courts and in arbitration. Aedan's experience spans initial pleadings, fact and expert discovery, motion practice, amicus briefs, settlement negotiations, and trial. In their varied experience, including before joining Todd & Weld in 2025, Aedan has represented clients from individuals to large corporations, both plaintiffs and defendants, in matters of various sizes and across a range of practice areas. Clients say they value Aedan's preparedness and demeanor both in meetings and in the courtroom.

A Massachusetts native, Aedan graduated summa cum laude from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts-Amherst in 2018 and magna cum laude from Boston University School of Law in 2021. During law school, Aedan served as a Research Assistant to Professor Linda C. McClain, Senior Notes Editor for the Boston University Law Review, and Preceptor for the Edward C. Stone Moot Court Competition. They also spent a semester as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Vickie L. Henry at the Massachusetts Appeals Court. During law school, Aedan received two Dean’s Awards, the Alexander G. Gray Jr. Scholarship Award, and the Melville M. Bigelow Scholarship Award, and they earned recognition as a G. Joseph Tauro Distinguished Scholar, Paul J. Liacos Distinguished Scholar, and Edward F. Hennessey Distinguished Scholar.

In their free time, Aedan enjoys wildlife photography, hiking with their two rescue dogs, and ice skating.

Aedan obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration from UMass Amherst and J.D. from Boston University.
