Seth J. Robbins was interviewed as part of a news story airing on Fox25 in Boston regarding his client's federal whistleblower lawsuit against the Town of Framingham and its police chief.
Mr. Robbins' client, a Framingham police detective, alleges in his federal court lawsuit that the defendants suspended him in retaliation for his reporting various corrupt activities within the police department, including a fellow detective lying under oath on the witness stand.
The lawsuit also alleges that the police chief covered up Mr. Robbins' client's allegations and interfered with the police department's investigation.
Mr. Robbins, a partner in the firm's litigation practice area, specializes in handling complex civil and criminal litigation in state and federal courts.
