Rachel Hutchinson to present at Business Litigation Conference
Rachel Hutchinson will present on force majeure clauses as part of the 21st Annual Business Litigation Conference hosted by MCLE on Jan. 26.
Ms. Hutchinson and co-panelists will address force majeure trends during the COVID-19 pandemic, and offer tips on drafting, enforcing, and defending against force majeure clauses.
Featuring judicial and practitioner panel discussions, the half-day conference will cover updates on business litigation case law and a wide variety of practice tips.
