Todd & Weld's Gary Todd Moderates and Presents at Greater Newburyport Bar Association's 9th Annual CLE by the Sea
Todd & Weld partner Gary O. Todd recently moderated the Greater Newburyport Bar Association's 9th Annual CLE by the Sea, a full-day continuing legal education conference for attorneys. The annual program brings together legal professionals from across New England to discuss current issues and best practices across a range of practice areas.
In addition to welcoming attendees and moderating the conference, Todd participated in the workshop, "Challenging Valuation in Marital Dissolution Matters," where he joined fellow presenters in discussing effective strategies for addressing complex business and asset valuation issues in divorce litigation. The session explored practical approaches to evaluating expert testimony, challenging valuation methodologies, and navigating financial issues that frequently arise in high-net-worth divorce cases.
Todd serves as President of the Greater Newburyport Bar Association and is a nationally recognized family law attorney with decades of experience representing clients in complex divorce, custody, support, and probate litigation. He is a frequent lecturer on family law, trial advocacy, and emerging issues affecting family law practitioners.
