Todd & Weld Welcomes Haley Dadgar to its Civil Litigation Practice Group
Todd & Weld welcomes Haley Dadgar to the firm as an associate. Ms. Dadgar concentrates her practice on civil litigation and represents and counsels clients in a wide range of disputes, including personal injury, construction, product liability, professional malpractice, insurance defense, and commercial and property matters.
Prior to joining Todd & Weld, Ms. Dadgar practiced at a Massachusetts civil and insurance defense firm, where she managed a diverse litigation caseload representing businesses, property owners, contractors, professionals, and other clients. She handled matters throughout all stages of litigation, from inception through resolution, and advised clients and insurers on litigation risk, exposure, settlement strategy, and other practical considerations.
Ms. Dadgar has experience conducting discovery and depositions, drafting and arguing motions, working with experts, developing litigation strategy, and negotiating settlements. She has also appeared in Massachusetts state courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Dadgar represented clients in criminal defense, personal injury, and family law matters, providing her with a broad foundation in litigation and client advocacy.
Ms. Dadgar earned her law degree from New England Law | Boston. She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
