Biography
Madison Bader concentrates her practice on complex civil litigation matters. She represents clients in all phases of litigation, from drafting pleadings and managing pre-trial discovery, to arguing at trial and pre-trial motions.
Prior to joining Todd & Weld, Ms. Bader was an associate at a law firm where she concentrated on white collar criminal defense as well as a variety of civil litigation matters. Before moving to private practice, she was an Assistant District Attorney for the Middlesex County District Attorney's Office.
Active in the legal community, she serves as secretary of the Federal Bar Association’s national Criminal Law Section, is a member of the Boston Bar Association’s Criminal Law Section Steering Committee, and is the Boston Bar Association’s liaison from the Young Lawyers Division to the Criminal Law Section.
