Lisa M. Conserve concentrates her practice on all aspects of personal injury litigation, including medical malpractice, traumatic injury cases, automotive accidents, construction site accidents, product liability, and premises liability. She also focuses on employment law and professional liability litigation matters. Ms. Conserve assists clients through all stages of personal injury litigation, including discovery, court appearances for trials and substantive motions, and settlement negotiations.

$4.25 million settlement in a premises liability case for an infant who was burned after falling on an unprotected baseboard heater
$1.75 million settlement in an employment discrimination case
$550,000 settlement of case alleging negligent transportation of a disabled passenger in wheelchair resulting in significant physical injuries
