Christopher R. O'Hara helped a national high tech temporary staffing company to enforce a non-competition agreement with former employees.
As alleged in the plaintiff's complaint, the former employees had misappropriated some of its former employer's confidential business information when they went to work for a competing staffing company. In issuing the preliminary injunction against the Defendants, the court ruled that the non-competition agreement was valid and binding, and served legitimate business interest, including the protection of the Company's goodwill and confidential information.
