Julie E. Green has been appointed 2015-16 co-chair of the Business Litigation Committee of the Massachusetts Bar Association's Complex Commercial Litigation Section.

The Complex Commercial Litigation Section provides information, contacts and educational programs related to commercial litigation, including commercial contract disputes, business torts, and intellectual property, bankruptcy and professional liability matters.

"I look forward to working with the excellent Section leadership team to develop and present timely, insightful continuing legal education programs for our members," Ms. Green said. "Our goal is to offer programs that will help members stay ahead of legal developments in complex commercial litigation to better serve their clients."

Ms. Green concentrates her practice on complex commercial litigation, including corporate governance matters, partnership disputes, business torts, and unfair business practices. She regularly handles appeals on behalf of clients, and has nearly two decades of experience with business disputes in jury and bench trials, arbitration, and mediation.
