On April 9, 2015, the Nominating Committee of the Massachusetts Bar Association issued its report listing the officers of the MBA for 2015-2016.  Effective September 1, 2015, Jeffrey N. Catalano of Todd & Weld will assume the office of President-elect of the MBA.

Jeffrey Catalano, a partner with Todd & Weld, has been an active member of the Massachusetts Bar Association for many years, serving in a number of positions and acting as a panelist on many MBA presentations.  His practice consists of representing victims of catastrophic injuries in the areas of medical negligence, product liability, auto accident, class action, and other personal injury cases.  He has been the MBA representative to the Massachusetts Alliance for Communication and Resolution Following Medical Injury (MACRMI) since 2013.
