Gary Todd Named to MBA Family Law Section Subcommittee on Anti-Harassment Law
Gary Owen Todd has been named to the Massachusetts Bar Association Family Law Section subcommittee dealing with the recently enacted anti-harassment law, General Laws, Ch. 258E.
Ch. 258E was intended to provide legal protections, analogous to General Laws, Ch. 209A, for victims of stalking, sexual assault and certain types of terrifying harassments, for victims who do not have the type of domestic or familial relationships with the perpetrators that would qualify them for 209A orders.
