Eric Asquith of Todd & Weld LLP has been named a Co-Chair of the Torts Committee of the Litigation Section of the Boston Bar Association, through September 2015. 

The Litigation Section serves as a forum for training, discussion and exchanging ideas to improve advocacy and trial skills--all for the benefit of the individual and the profession as a whole.  The Section holds programs on substantive areas of civil law for in-house, government and private practitioners.  The Tort Committee addresses all matters relating to injury and damage to persons and property.
