Elizabeth Olien and Rebecca O’Brien will offer practice tips and insights on how to prepare for and be successful during court appearances and oral arguments as part of an MCLE presentation slated for 12:00 p.m. on March 29.
Ms. Olien and Ms. O’Brien will review pre-hearing protocols and logistics to consider before setting foot in the courthouse or logging in for a Zoom or telephonic hearing. The one-hour program will also cover day-of-hearing matters, such as tips on vocal, visual, and substantive presentation, as well as post-hearing best practices.
Ms. Olien represents businesses of all sizes, educational institutions, and individuals in a variety of complex commercial and civil disputes and investigations. Ms. O’Brien concentrates her practice on complex civil litigation matters, including representing colleges and universities.
