Corrina L. Hale

Biography

Corri is an experienced attorney whose practice is focused on complex commercial litigation.  Her cases frequently involve disputes relating to: business fraud; fiduciary duties; all forms of contract; real estate; banking laws and regulations; churches and other religious institutions; intellectual property; life sciences and technology; Native American tribes; consumer protection laws; employment discrimination; and civil rights.

She also has experience representing victims of medical negligence, product liability, construction accidents, auto accidents, and other personal injury cases, some of which have resulted in multi-million dollar results for clients.

Corri appears regularly in state and federal courts, including multidistrict litigation, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings.  She is also admitted to practice before the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribal Court and the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Before joining the firm, Corri worked as an attorney in private practice focusing on residential and commercial evictions and real estate closings, as well as matters involving medical malpractice, products liability, and commercial disputes.

While in law school, she served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Isaac Borenstein (ret.) of the Massachusetts Superior Court
