Christian G. Kiely has joined Todd & Weld LLP as a litigation associate.
Mr. Kiely has represented clients in a variety of matters, including intellectual property disputes, and government and internal investigations of companies accused of fraud and other misconduct. Mr. Kiely's trial practice includes all aspects of discovery, as well as appellate matters.
Mr. Kiely previously served as a law clerk to U.S. District Court Judge Douglas P. Woodlock, and Associate Justice Robert J. Cordy of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. His judicial clerkships included assisting judges in writing appellate opinions, as well as orders and opinions on dispositive motions, in civil and criminal cases.
Mr. Kiely is a 2012 summa cum laude graduate of Suffolk University Law School, and 2009 graduate of Dartmouth College.
