Christian G. Kiely

Biography

Christian G. Kiely , an associate at the firm, concentrates his practice on business litigation, including complex commercial disputes.

Mr. Kiely has represented clients in a variety of matters, including intellectual property disputes, and government and internal investigations of companies accused of fraud and other misconduct. Mr. Kiely's trial practice includes all aspects of discovery, as well as  appellate matters.

He previously served as a law clerk to U.S. District Court Judge Douglas P. Woodlock, and Associate Justice Robert J. Cordy of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. His judicial clerkships included assisting judges in writing appellate opinions, as well as orders and opinions on dispositive motions, in civil and criminal cases.

Mr. Kiely graduated first in his class in 2012 from Suffolk University Law School, and is a 2009 graduate of Dartmouth College.
