Brian A. Coverdale has joined Todd & Weld LLP as an associate, and will concentrate his practice on all aspects of family law.
Mr. Coverdale represents clients in a broad range of matters, including divorce, modification, child custody, asset divisions, and prenuptial agreements. He has extensive experience representing clients in and out of the courtroom, negotiating settlements, advocating regularly in court, and managing all aspects of pre-trial discovery and motion practice.
He is a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst, which certification provides in-depth knowledge concerning deferred compensation, pension and other retirement assets, and the tax implications of support/alimony awards and asset divisions.
Before joining Todd & Weld, Mr. Coverdale was a partner at a prominent Pennsylvania law firm, where he represented family law clients in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey, and is a 2013 graduate of Delaware Law School.
