Benjamin J. Wish of Todd & Weld LLP Interviewed by NECN Re Occupy Boston Temporary Restraining Order
Benjamin Wish, an associate with Todd & Weld LLP, was interviewed by Bridget Blythe, co-anchor of The Morning News on NECN.
During the interview, Mr. Wish explained the suit filed by Todd & Weld, together with the American Civil Liberties Union and the National Lawyers Guild, and described the components of the Temporary Restraining Order that was issued on November 16, 2011 by Judge Frances A. McIntyre.
