Overview
Sandy Recinos concentrates her practice on business litigation matters. She represents and counsels clients in all phases of civil litigation and arbitration, including managing discovery, drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, researching complex legal issues, and developing litigation strategy.
Prior to joining Todd & Weld, Ms. Recinos was a litigation associate at the Boston office of a large international law firm. There she handled complex litigation matters involving breach of contract, Chapter 93A, trade secrets, and regulatory issues.
Ms. Recinos maintains a strong commitment to pro bono work. She was appointed by the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts to represent a disabled client in federal discrimination claims and successfully secured payment of back rent to prevent the client's eviction. In recognition of her pro bono work, she was named to the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court's Pro Bono Honor Roll in 2024.
Ms. Recinos obtained her law degree from Northeastern University School of Law.
