Overview

Lorraine Belostock concentrates her practice on government investigations and criminal defense, including defending clients at trial and in pre-indictment government investigations.  Ms. Belostock also represents clients involved in civil rights matters.

A veteran criminal defense attorney, she represents clients in federal and state courts during every stage of the criminal justice process, including trials, pre-trial motions, and plea bargaining. 

Prior to joining Todd & Weld, Ms. Belostock gained substantial experience in private practice defending clients in federal and state courts around the country involving major felonies, including homicides, white-collar fraud, drug trafficking, and sexual crimes.
