Brooke Browne concentrates her practice on all aspects of family law including multifaceted divorces, child custody disputes, support disputes, paternity actions, modification and contempt proceedings, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. In addition to her family law practice, Ms. Browne handles fiduciary litigation matters including the enforceability and interpretation of wills and trusts, the removal of trustees, and challenges to various estate planning vehicles. She provides counsel through all phases of a case by conducting discovery, regularly appearing in court on her clients’ behalf, and resolving cases through negotiation, mediation, and conciliation. She also handles a wide range of probate and fiduciary matters, including divorce, child custody and relocation cases, support modification actions, and complaints for contempt.
Prior to joining Todd & Weld, Ms. Browne practiced as a family law attorney at a prominent Boston law firm, and she practiced as a family law and civil litigation attorney with a New Hampshire law firm.
Prior to pursuing her career as an attorney, Brooke worked as a data analyst for a Fortune 500 company. Her corporate background provides her with an understanding of the complex business and financial issues that may arise in family law matters.
